More than 8 years of proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in large organizations.
PMP certification required.
Certifications in agile methodologies such as Scrum will be considered a plus.
Strong command of project management tools, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
Proven ability to perform under pressure, navigate ambiguous scenarios, and lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders, negotiate priorities, and drive alignment.
Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a sense of ownership.
Experience with initiatives involving multiple vendors, business units, and technical teams.
Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
