Role Overview
- Manage and host switch projects from kick off to EOL
- Support system engineers during product assembly stage
- Collaborate cross-functionally with software/firmware, BMC/BIOS, HW, ME designers, and production team to review product status and quality
- Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams for technical issues resolution
- Control schedule and on time delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or Computer Engineering (CE)
- 7+ years of hands-on switch product experience
- 3-5 years of Program/Project Management experience
- Ability to create positive relationships with internal and external team members
- Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English
