Perform analysis, registration, and updates of Offers, Landing Pages, and Showcases within the internal system (ensuring compliance and correct display to the user).
Use the administrative interface to configure other features of the Super App, as well as support ongoing product maintenance activities.
Monitor the internal system (Super App), proactively identifying and correcting any gaps or inconsistencies in the wording and structure of offers.
Maintain the continuous updating of the area's internal controls (spreadsheets, dashboards, etc.).
Ensure organization and accuracy of data through the completion and maintenance of manual and electronic controls.
Perform registration and tracking of Purchase Orders (P.O.), as required for the area's operations.
Provide general support for other activities and requests from the Operations team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in administrative or technology-related fields (completed or in progress)
Knowledge of the MS Office suite, with basic Excel skills (proficient in arithmetic functions, spreadsheet formatting, applying filters, sorting data, and creating simple lists/tables)
