Ensure governance of real estate collateral processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, real estate law, and regulatory standards
Perform technical analyses of real estate documentation, assessing risks and business impact
Actively manage and govern BPOs, monitoring quality, deadlines, SLAs, and adherence to established procedures
Monitor and analyze operational performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to strategic decisions and prioritization of improvements
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation, proposing adjustments to workflows, controls, and operating models
Promote best practices, strengthening quality standards and alignment with market practices
Participate in process evolution projects, system implementations or improvements, and operational transformation initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivity
Support internal and external audits, tracking action plans and ensuring adherence to established requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Law, Management Processes, Economics, or related fields)
Knowledge of real estate law, public registries, and real property guarantees (real estate collateral)
Experience analyzing real estate documentation
Experience in regulated, process-driven operational environments
Experience with process governance and monitoring of indicators
Analytical and organized profile with good communication skills and systems thinking
Proactive and curious, able to propose improvements and think of alternative solutions
Strong verbal and written communication (assertive, clear, and concise)
