Role Overview
- Provide technical support to course participants via live chat and video calls
- Answer specific questions about network operations and administration using Cisco technologies
- Help participants understand switching, VLAN configuration, and routing concepts
- Explain network security, access control, and security strategies
- Provide context for topics related to monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery
- Provide practical guidance on network expansions and automation concepts
- Assist with understanding tasks and examples from the course content
- Support both beginners and participants with prior experience
- Revise and refine course content
Requirements
- Relevant practical experience in network operations and administration
- Must-have: completed Cisco CCNA certification (200-301)
- Proficient with Cisco technologies, switching, routing, and network security
- Knowledge of network automation and performance monitoring is a plus
- Strong ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and understandably
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
- Independent, reliable working style with a high level of accountability
