Lead the UX research function within the User Experience team for a 12-month term
Support the team in delivering high-quality user research, testing, analysis, and insights
Provide day-to-day guidance on research methods, planning, and execution
Manage team member performance and growth through objective setting and coaching
Foster a strong and inclusive employee experience to encourage team engagement
Plan and manage research efforts in support of business goals
Establish and evolve research standards, workflows, tools, and resources

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
5+ years work experience in UX research, UX strategy, or a closely related UX role
Experience leading or mentoring others
Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and research ethics
Ability to translate research findings into clear, actionable insights
Experience working in cross-functional product teams is an asset
Stakeholder communication, storytelling, and influence
Organization, planning, and ability to drive outcomes
Analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills
