Senior Marketing Manager – Enterprise

Role Overview

• Lead the planning and execution of bespoke marketing plans for enterprise accounts
• Develop multi-channel campaigns and tactical initiatives that achieve commercial goals
• Design and execute Account-Based Marketing strategies for large-scale enterprise accounts
• Develop annual and quarterly go-to-market plans, including target segmentation and core messaging platforms
• Manage a dedicated enterprise marketing budget while embedding testing and measurement into all campaign activity
• Use tools like Salesforce and marketing automation platforms to track performance and inform data-driven decisions

Requirements

• Extensive experience in B2B marketing, specifically within the SaaS or technology sectors
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with external partners and internal sales and product teams
• Track record of translating complex business goals into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes
• Excellent communication skills to present confidently to senior executives and lead through ambiguity
• Self-starter mindset with a deep curiosity to test, learn, and optimise in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and analytics tools
