Lead and drive the Referral Program, ensuring sustainable growth, commercial relevance and alignment with the sales funnel;
Act as the primary partner to commercial leadership, working closely with the sales team to increase participation, referral quality and conversion;
Communicate, influence and engage sales teams, ensuring clarity around goals, incentives, benefits and visibility of program opportunities;
Develop and monitor campaigns, rituals and incentive strategies, strengthening referrals (member-get-member) as a relevant sales channel for the company;
Lead a team of 3 people, setting priorities, promoting development and ensuring consistent execution pace;
Track program indicators, dashboards and targets, interpreting data to propose practical, results-oriented adjustments and improvements;
Conduct recurring studies on the customer journey, incentives, communication and experience of both the referrer and the referred, proposing structural improvements when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields;
Strong commercial profile, with experience in sales teams, growth, commercial engagement or management of incentive programs;
Excellent communication and high influencing ability, with the skill to mobilize leadership and run rituals and meetings with energy, clarity and objectivity;
Experience leading teams, with good priority management, organization and a consistent delivery rhythm;
Analytical capability applied to the business, with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities and adjust strategies pragmatically;
Systemic vision, sense of urgency, autonomy in decision-making and high adaptability to dynamic scenarios;
Experience with CRM, referral programs, regional commercial strategies and/or sales cycle management will be considered an advantage.
