About this role
Role Overview
- Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field
- Fulfill NHC requests for flyers, and collateral to support sales activity
- Support Quick Move-In (QMI) homes with accurate signage and oversee community photography
- Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates
- Coordinate, track, and maintain signage inventory across assigned divisions
- Manage and organize the marketing closet with current branded materials
- Plan and execute on-site logistics for local marketing events
- Support national and regional campaign rollouts at the local community level
- Oversee community launch execution in partnership with regional and national merchandising teams
- Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and the regional marketing team
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0
- 2 Years of experience required
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator
- Computer skills and competencies are required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and solution-oriented
- Comfortable with digital tools and platforms (e.g., MLS, Canva, Airtable)
