Calculate projection adjustments to support the business area in negotiations with clients.
Guide and perform statistical calculations aimed at provisioning necessary to ensure compliance with ANS regulations, preparing actuarial technical notes for Provisions (ANS).
Guide and perform pricing (pricing analysis of health assistance products, occupational health and work accident products) through actuarial calculations to assist the business area in closing new contracts, working autonomously.
Calculate the impact of adjustments in healthcare costs, verifying and quantifying changes in expenses for adjusting fees for Physicians, Direct Network, and Indirect Network.
Calculate provider rate adjustments using requested percentages to measure financial impact.
Respond to varied math/actuarial requests from Management, Superintendence, and Board, and clarify technical actuarial questions for other company areas.
Perform activities for Medical Audit and Preventive Medicine to provide inputs for determining audit and prevention actions.
Validate SIP (Product Information System) data related to all utilization of healthcare cost quantitative information (hospitalizations/exams, etc.) and costs.
Monitor and control maintenance of the fixed asset control system in the computerized system through parameterization and table updates, recording acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and asset alterations.
Comply with internal regulations, quality management system requirements, ANS regulations, and health, hygiene, and occupational safety norms and procedures applicable to the sector, using PPE/CPE (Personal Protective Equipment/Collective Protective Equipment) when required by the activity.
Perform other duties inherent to the role or assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided they are within the employee's qualifications and experience.
