Provide legal assistance and support in low-complexity administrative defenses under the supervision of the immediate supervisor.
Assist external counsel by providing information to support the Company's defense.
Populate and maintain the case registry in the internal system.
Provide monthly control/reporting of provision records.
Request and execute external services (filings, various diligences).
Generate periodic reports.
Act as the Company's representative (preposto) at administrative hearings when required.
Comply with internal regulations, the requirements of quality management systems, and ANS regulations, as well as sector-specific occupational health, hygiene and safety standards and procedures, including the use of PPE/CPE (Personal Protective Equipment / Collective Protective Equipment) when required by the activity.
Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided the employee is qualified and the duties are consistent with their knowledge and experience.
