Process biweekly and weekly payroll for all U.S. entities.
Handle payroll-related activities, including bonuses, commissions, terminations, off-cycle payments, and reporting.
Manage 401K contributions and child support payments.
Oversee payroll for 18 entities and approximately 1,100 employees.
Ensure payroll compliance with U.S. regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and leaders to resolve payroll inquiries.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in U.S. payroll (required).
Proven ability to manage high-volume payroll cycles.
Process-oriented and compliance-driven, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills to interact with employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
Strong written communication skills; adaptable and receptive to feedback.
Tech savvy, quick learner, and comfortable working with new systems.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Experience with payroll/HR systems (knowledge of UKG is a plus, but not required).
Proficient in Excel, Smartsheet, and Microsoft SharePoint.
