Process routine legal orders (bankruptcies, levies, garnishments, etc.) with supervision.
Perform basic research in internal systems to identify the associated BaaS partner.
Distribute time‑sensitive notifications to BaaS partners in accordance with SLAs with supervision.
Escalate incomplete, unclear, or non‑standard documents.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulatory and bank policy requirements.
Provide customer service in accordance with Coastal’s Core Values.

Requirements

0–1 year of banking, operations, or administrative experience preferred
