Conduct detailed analytical studies to define problems and improve solutions impacting enterprise effectiveness.
Collaborate with users to define business requirements for system enhancements and automation.
Gather data through various sources, look for trends, and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
Create efficiencies in processes and reporting using tools such as Power BI.
Act as a liaison between information technology and business leaders.
Develop departmental policies and procedures and provide guidance to ensure AR team success.

Bachelor’s degree required (extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management and/or process improvement may be substituted).
Business analysis experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Knowledge of anesthesia billing and reimbursement guidelines.
Strong computer skills with knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to identify issues and complete root cause analysis.

This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
