Own end-to-end delivery across Initiating through Closing process groups.
Balance scope, schedule, cost, and risk tradeoffs with minimal escalation.
Communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring messages appropriately.
Manage communications with senior stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
Proactively anticipate stakeholder needs and manage escalations effectively.
Facilitate resolution of complex conflicts and negotiate priorities.
Identify and manage systemic and cross-project risks.
Develop robust mitigation and contingency plans.
Oversee budgets for complex initiatives and proactively manage variances.
Lead cross-departmental and multi-disciplinary teams.

3–5 years of project management experience.
Independently leading full-lifecycle projects of moderate complexity.
Autonomous decision-making for delivery tradeoffs.
Consistent application of risk, issue, and change control.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) – Expected.
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) – Recommended for Agile/Hybrid environments.
