The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering well-defined projects and discrete workstreams within established scope, timelines, and delivery frameworks.
Plan and manage well-defined projects or workstreams with clear success criteria
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and documentation
Facilitate project meetings and ensure action follow-through
Track tasks, risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate appropriately
Ensure delivery aligns to approved scope, timeline, and quality standards.
Provide regular, audience-appropriate status updates
Serve as day-to-day point of contact for assigned initiatives
Build productive relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers
Monitor budgets, hours, and resourcing against plan
Track and report variances, risks, and issues
Support change control documentation and approvals.
Requirements
A minimum of 2–4 years of Project Management experience
Ability to oversee and direct projects to completion, ensuring goals are met, resources are utilized efficiently, and stakeholders are satisfied
Expertise in various project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum, to effectively plan, execute, and close projects
Proficiency in facilitating Agile Scrum practices, guiding teams through the Scrum framework to ensure efficient and successful project delivery
Competence in utilizing tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or DevOps to plan, track, and manage project progress and resources
