Developing and executing best-in-class digital marketing strategies across owned media, social, content, influencer activity and SEM.
Partnering with the Brand Managers in the team and global/regional teams to deliver integrated, high-impact brand campaigns.
Driving brand equity growth through compelling digital storytelling and consumer-led thinking.
Owning and optimising Zespri’s owned digital channels (website, SNS, paid social), using data, insights and KPIs to continuously improve performance.
Supporting e-commerce and shopper marketing initiatives in collaboration with sales and commercial teams.
Leading and managing relationships with local and global digital agencies.
Cascading marketing plans externally and sharing market insights with distributors, customers and partners.
Bringing deep understanding of the Korean digital and consumer landscape to inform decision-making and innovation.
Provide operational leadership by supporting the team on end‑to‑end marketing A&P operations, including purchase order coordination, invoice verification, and cost settlement management, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficient execution of marketing activities.
Requirements
7+ years’ marketing experience, ideally at Brand Manager level or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; (food or nutrition preferred).
Strong digital marketing capability, including owned media, social, content, analytics and performance optimisation.
A solid understanding of the Korean digital landscape and consumer behaviour.
Experience working within multinational organisations, partnering with local, regional and global teams.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, commercial teams, distributors and customers.
A data-driven mindset, using insights to inform decisions and recommendations.
Strong business-level English oral and written communication ability.
Ability to work independently, taking ownership and delivering outcomes.
