About this role
Role Overview
Execute SKU launches, removals, and lifecycle updates for assigned brands/categories.
Ensure products are properly syndicated, enriched, localized, and published.
Grow organic product visibility by implementing merchandising best practices.
Implement merchandising rules across search, navigation, PDPs, and collections.
Execute campaign merchandising including promotional placements and collections.
Conduct merchandising tests and analyze results to inform optimization.
Monitor KPI performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Partner with brand activation, content managers, analytics, and country teams on execution.
Ensure adherence to global governance, brand, and SEO standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
5–7 years of experience in digital merchandising or ecommerce execution
Experience working with CMS, PIM and Analytics platforms
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with global or regional ecommerce teams
Familiarity with digital merchandising and search platforms
