About this role
Role Overview
End-to-end sales in the enterprise space with a focus on new business
Identify, engage and develop relationships with decision-makers at board, C‑level and senior leadership levels
Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and lead proposal and contract negotiations
Prepare accurate forecasts and take responsibility for meeting or exceeding your quota
Maintain CRM data (HubSpot) and use modern sales tools such as Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cognism
Occasional on-site workshops and customer onboarding
Close collaboration with Marketing for lead qualification and pipeline optimization
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience as an Account Executive in SaaS B2B sales
Fluent German (C2) in spoken and written form and strong English (minimum B2)
Experience working with enterprise customers and complex sales cycles
Confident, professional presence — written and verbal
Willingness to travel occasionally within the DACH region
Experience in pipeline generation (outbound, ABM or working with SDRs)
Knowledge of common SaaS sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC/MEDDPICC)
Experience in multi-stakeholder deals, including legal and security reviews
Proven quota attainment track record
Degree in business, management or a related field
