Manages the development of video and other media content for the College and other divisions of Nightingale Education Group as needed
Collaborates within the function and with key stakeholders to support general strategy, direction, project goals, and messaging
Oversees production timelines, budgets, and final deliverables
Manages a staff of collaborators, interns, vendors, contractors, and freelancers to complete video projects
Develops and collaborates on video outlines, scripts, and screenplays, and ensures production follows approved scripts
Directs and oversees video shoots and manages videographers and other video crew members
Manages video editing including assemblies and rough cuts, voiceovers, music, audio mixing, color correction, graphics, and motion graphics
Coordinates review and approval processes and ensures appropriate adjustments and revisions based on feedback
Sees that the organization’s brand guide is followed in all aspects of design, production, editing, and final deliverables
Ensures final deliverables are free of error and match the original vision and impact of the project
Manages archival of completed media and oversees proper backup of assets and final deliverables to the Digital Asset Management system
Participates in the successful implementation of other functional projects in conjunction with the creative team as needed
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with an emphasis in film, video production, art, graphic design, web design, photography, marketing, or communications is required
A minimum of ten years of experience as a video director, producer, or editor, graphic designer, creative in an agency or marketing function is required
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Premier, After Effects, Canva is required
Animation editing and production experience are required
