High school diploma
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Journalism, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing and updating databases
Ability to carry out operational routines with quality, consistency, and adherence to deadlines
Basic knowledge of CRM and relationship management with clients/companies
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments
Good time management, prioritization skills, and critical thinking
Clear, concise written and verbal communication aligned with a corporate audience
Desirable/advantageous: prior experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, RD Station)
Experience producing content for B2B audiences (emails, institutional communications, social media)
Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign management tools
Understanding of list segmentation and analysis of engagement metrics
Interest in Corporate Sustainability and ESG topics
Knowledge of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and international organizations
