Role Overview

• Manage a team of licensed sales agents, providing guidance on regulatory compliance and CREA/local board best practices.
• Implement risk management plans and update provincial-specific policy addendums.
• Define and deliver exceptional brokerage support to agents, ensuring compliance with provincial licensing laws.
• Establish and maintain a regional management structure.
• Collaborate with various department leads including brokerage operations, finance, support and others.

Requirements

• MUST reside and be licensed in the province of Saskatchewan
• Manage a team of licensed sales agents
• Provide training to enhance agents' knowledge of contracts and risk management
• Collaborate with various department leads
• Oversee brokerage operations manuals
• Foster innovation in brokerage operations
