As a competent first point of contact, you will provide professional customer support for a variety of inquiries and issues for our Swiss premium client.
Requirements
Swiss German language skills at least C1 level; English at B1 level is an advantage
Strong communication skills, reliability and commitment
Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
Computer skills
Reliable internet connection for home office — minimum 10 Mbps download; 5 Mbps upload (antenna routers and 5G routers are not permitted)
Benefits
Permanent employment with a full-time contract (40 working hours per week)
Fixed salary of 4,000 KM gross + hot meal allowance (14.5 KM net per working day)
Transportation allowance (60 KM net)
Full-time contract starting from the first day of training
Paid 4-week training in our Sarajevo office — accommodation, transport and all expenses covered by TP B&H
Opportunity to earn additional monthly bonuses of up to 500 KM gross
Additional pay for work on public holidays or for voluntary overtime
Operating hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00, Saturday 09:00–17:00 (Your full-time shift will fall within this timeframe.)
