Role Overview
- Processing customer and sales team orders.
- Serving as the liaison between customers and the sales team and the plant/warehouses to confirm orders and communicate order delays.
- Handling returns, invoice corrections, responding to all order-related inquiries, and processing customer requests for Solenis North America.
- Fulfilling expedite requests as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least two years of work experience during or after education.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
