Develop and maintain strategic relationships with real estate developers, originating and qualifying credit opportunities with a focus on economic viability and risk
Structure financial transactions (e.g., CRI, structured debt) in partnership with market players, connecting credit demand to the capital markets
Act as the interface with investors, securitization firms, banks and fintechs, leading negotiations and enabling deal closure
Contribute market intelligence and the evolution of the business model, supporting the construction of a scalable, data-driven credit platform
Manage and prioritize the pipeline of opportunities, focusing on capital efficiency, conversion rate and transaction quality
Requirements
Relevant experience in at least two of the following contexts: real estate/developers, structured credit/capital markets or financial institutions (banks, fintechs)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance or related fields
Proficiency with tools such as Excel or Google Sheets (financial modeling), PowerPoint or Google Slides (executive materials) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders, clear communication, business acumen, analytical thinking, autonomy and execution focus
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Capital Markets or related areas
Certifications in the financial market (CPA-20, CEA, CGA, CFP or similar)
Experience structuring transactions in the capital markets
Familiarity with data and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker or similar)
Experience in digital transformation environments or in building new business models
