Develop and implement a customer contact plan to communicate product launches and engage the customers in relevant sales campaigns
Act as first point of contact for customer queries and complaints and resolve these
Sell Customer Propositions and present these to the customer with a clear rationale and at standard commercial terms
Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer
Requirements
In depth knowledge of local & regional business environment, high understanding of customers, their commercial offerings, industry, business, motivational drivers, and needs
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Understand and apply knowledge about the market within the area of responsibility
Outstanding customer relationships skills
