Role Overview
Responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Assisted Living community
Achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy goals
Supervision and development of all employees
Ensure that the services provided exceed customer needs and expectations
Oversee day-to-day activities
Requirements
A fire and passion for working with seniors
A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Bachelor’s degree in related field required
Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
Minimum of two years of experience in an AL setting
Must possess a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
