In your role as (Senior) HubSpot Consultant you are not "just" an implementer: you guide our clients through complex decisions and build technically sound, scalable solutions.
Analyze, design and implement HubSpot solutions
Process analysis and optimization
Automation and use of AI (e.g., Breeze or external LLMs and tools)
Develop a consistent data strategy with clients for a 360° customer view and as a foundation for AI
Design and implement integrations to other systems and automations — e.g., via Make, n8n, Workato, Operations Hub, or APIs
Independently lead client projects — from scoping and concept to go-live
Conduct workshops for needs analysis, process mapping, and best practices
Build and optimize workflows, automations, data models, and reporting
Enablement: train and advise client teams in their daily work with HubSpot
Requirements
Several years of experience (approx. 3–5 years) with HubSpot in consulting, marketing ops, CRM, or RevOps
Deep understanding of marketing and sales processes and how to model them in HubSpot
Technical background or strong tech affinity: integrations and automations using tools like Make, n8n, or Operations Hub
Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data structures
Proven experience in HubSpot implementation projects (rollout, migration, or redesign)
Enjoy direct client contact, leading workshops, and solution-oriented consulting
Excellent German and English skills
