About this role
Role Overview
Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the business, including building and maintaining SaaS financial models
Lead accounting and financial operations, ensuring GAAP compliance, accurate monthly close, and strong internal controls
Oversee and optimize financial systems and processes, including NetSuite, to support scale and efficiency
Partner with the executive team on strategic planning, scenario analysis, and data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with GTM and Product leaders on pricing strategy, deal analysis, and monetization initiatives
Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with targets, performance tracking, and KPI reviews
Develop and maintain clear reporting and dashboards for core SaaS metrics including ARR, churn, margin, and cash flow
Prepare board and investor materials and support fundraising and diligence processes
Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing finance team spanning strategic finance, accounting, and financial operations
Build scalable processes that support a growing startup while maintaining speed and flexibility
Requirements
12+ years of progressive experience across finance, FP&A, accounting, or financial operations in high-growth tech environments
Strong foundation in FP&A and accounting with the ability to operate across the full finance stack
Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally to drive alignment and accountability
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with deep Excel expertise
Hands-on experience with NetSuite and modern finance tools
Solid understanding of GAAP, SaaS business models, and subscription metrics
Proven ability to communicate complex financial insights to executives and boards
Proven experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing finance teams
Comfortable balancing speed and rigor while building durable, scalable processes
High degree of ownership with a bias toward action and accountability
