Own the B2B payouts sales strategy across the assigned markets and verticals, driving high-value client acquisition and revenue expansion.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales managers and executives, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance targets.
Oversee full sales cycles for strategic accounts, including opportunity identification, solution design, negotiation, and deal closure.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CFOs, CTOs, operations, and finance leaders at target organizations.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to develop bespoke payout solutions aligned with client requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced qualifications preferred.
Minimum of 7–10 years in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account management within fintech, payments, banking, or technology sectors.
Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams and closing complex, high-value deals.
Deep knowledge of B2B payments, bulk disbursement workflows, and digital financial ecosystems.
Experience in designing, selling, or scaling payment technology solutions/platforms.
