Responsible for implementing communication strategies on social media to promote the brand, increase visibility, engagement, and conversions across digital platforms;
Develop initiatives to fulfill the communication plan with respect to social media publications;
Create and maintain the editorial calendar;
Monitor and support events as required;
Create relevant content for the platforms under your responsibility;
Work collaboratively with the team;
Schedule and publish relevant content;
Monitor the execution of scheduled publications;
Maintain relationships with the target audience;
Monitor interactions and community engagement;
Provide support for internal requests;
Measure and analyze data and prepare social media performance reports;
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance;
Keep up with market trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field;
Proficiency with online and offline digital marketing tools;
Experience with social media management tools;
Proficiency in design and image/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CapCut);
Advertising copywriting skills;
Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media.
