Senior Sales Manager

Role Overview

• Lead, develop and recruit a direct sales team
• Increase market share by prospecting new salon and school doors
• Deliver business targets within a defined budget
• Maximize education capacity through collaboration with the education team
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in outside sales
• 3-5 years of sales team management
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• PowerBI experience preferred
• Beauty Industry experience
