Build and scale lead-generating products such as Direct Mail and referral loops.
Improve and extend Samsara's lead management platform.
Apply AI and LLMs to GTM workflows.
Partner deeply with Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops, Revenue Technology, and Engineering.
Define and track success metrics to measure impact and guide prioritization.
Integrate experimentation and data-driven decision-making into the product development process.
Collaborate with engineering and design to build intuitive, reliable, and scalable products.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or a related role building and shipping products.
Demonstrated ability to take products from concept through launch and iteration in fast-paced environments.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impact.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product metrics, business data, and experimentation frameworks.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy, trade-offs, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bias toward action and comfort operating hands-on in ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem spaces.
Strong product instincts and a keen eye for user experience, with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
