Establish and maintain a clear strategy and roadmap for your product area that drives measurable improvements in student and educator experiences while aligning with College Board’s broader digital strategy.
Use data, research, and feedback to identify and prioritize opportunities that deliver the highest-value outcomes for users.
Translate product goals and strategy into a clear, iterative set of experiments and a delivery plan that delivers measurable improvements in the experience of users.
Provide clear, outcome-focused updates that communicate measurable impact and insights and demonstrate how delivery enables and advances College Board’s strategic goals.
Requirements
8+ years of product management or related experience, with a proven track record leading products within SaaS enterprise platforms.
Deep understanding of secure, large-scale, and complex systems, with proven experience in K–12 assessments or educational technology environments.
A proven ability to drive measurable business and user outcomes through discovery and delivery.
Experience collaborating closely with designers, engineers, content strategists and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver intuitive and reliable user experiences.
High attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, precise documentation and ensure shared understanding across technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple dependencies and priorities effectively.
Experience leading pilots and experiments to test and validate user-facing capabilities.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and UX best practices.
Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies and how they can enhance user experiences or workflows (preferred).
The ability to travel 5–7 times a year to College Board offices or on behalf of College Board business.
