Role Overview
- Enable customer success with AVES Launcher
- Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
- Guide customers through Proof-of-Concept phases
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years in technical customer support, DevOps, or software engineering
- Strong debugging skills and solid knowledge of C++ and Python
- Familiarity with 3D file formats and GIS workflows
- Experience using ticketing systems and the ability to read logs
- Clear communication in English and German with an empathetic approach
