About this role
Role Overview
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and clarify data and reporting needs
- Analyze healthcare, HRIS, and financial datasets to find trends and opportunities
- Build clear dashboards, reports, and data models (Power BI, Excel)
- Validate and troubleshoot data to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Document processes, create training materials, and guide users on analytics best practices
- Serve as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience with healthcare, HRIS, or financial data
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- SQL and Power BI or Tableau experience preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA/data governance a plus.
