Work on transformational projects for clients in the financial sector, especially banks, insurance companies, and investment firms.
Analyze, design, coordinate, and deliver digital and technology‑enabled transformation projects.
Work closely with senior client stakeholders and IT teams, translating complex business needs into clear, structured requirements and solution designs.
Contribute to delivery planning, project governance, and stakeholder alignment in agile or hybrid environments.
Take ownership of workstreams, support decision‑making, and contribute to successful project outcomes while gradually growing into broader leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
Completed studies in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or comparable field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in banking, asset and wealth management or consulting sector, with deep expertise in areas like credit or securities.
Extensive expertise in core banking operations, complemented by a deep understanding of back
and middle-office functions and activities, along with project management skills.
Strong interest in exploring and applying new technologies to enhance efficiency and drive innovation.
Knowledge in integrating tech-driven solutions to streamline business processes and improve data-driven decision-making.
Strong affinity for tools such as business analytics, RPA, and process mining solutions.
Exceptional analytical skills to simplify complex challenges.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities, fluent in English and German (C2 level).
