Partner with business units to identify high-value automation opportunities.
Conduct feasibility assessments including ROI, risk, and impact analysis.
Lead discovery workshops to document current-state processes.
Create detailed process maps, data flows, and functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Coordinate development timelines and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Monitor bot performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and manage lifecycle updates.

Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Automation.
Experience working with RPA platforms (Power Automate preferred).
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP), Agile, or RPA is considered an asset.
