Role Overview
- Identify and evaluate potentially viable opportunities in alignment with EAH’s expansion goals
- Perform due diligence on potential opportunities
- Analyze property financial statements, rent rolls, budgets, and historical performance
- Review management agreements and vendor/service contracts
- Compile deal analysis packages and prepare acquisition summaries for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, real estate development, real estate management, finance, planning, or construction management
- Education in other fields of study accepted with appropriate work experience
- 3-5 years of related work or field work experience in property management, affordable housing, and/or acquisition of property management contracts
