Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform
Optimize internal processes through the design, analysis, testing, and implementation of new automation and platform solutions in Power Platform and Azure DevOps
Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft 365 and identity operations
Plan, design, and implement integrations between Microsoft 365 and third-party platforms using APIs, service principals, SAML, OIDC and SCIM integrations
Maintain accurate and current platform documentation in Confluence and Sharepoint
Requirements
Experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, automation, or identity-focused roles with increasing responsibility
Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API
Excellent technical skills across Microsoft 365 technologies
Provide technical leadership during major incidents and platform-impacting issues
Ability to coordinate with remote technical resources and cross-functional teams
