Develop, oversee, and evaluate project plans and schedules
Monitor the timely progress of deliverables
Prepare essential presentation materials for meetings
Organize, participate in, and contribute to both internal and external stakeholder meetings
Record key action items and ensure follow-up until resolutions and decisions are made
Assist in the creation and management of sustainment project plans by defining scope, timelines, risks/issues, and resource requirements
Ensure all projects adhere to standards and that documentation is accurately maintained
Help track project performance and assess the attainment of short
and long-term objectives
Gain foundational knowledge of software development, encompassing the system development lifecycle, agile and waterfall methodologies, and release environment management
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (rising juniors and seniors)
Basic Microsoft Office skill set (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of internal & external team
Excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
