Work Experience- 4-6 Years (This is for mere guidance purpose and not a rigid criteria)
Lead the Customer Support Data Modernization Program, a complex, multi-phase redesign to create a unified, scalable, and AI-ready data platform.
Translate Strategy into Execution, developing an end-to-end program plan and structured roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment by working closely with engineering, data, and analytics teams on requirements, design decisions, and delivery timelines.
Manage Program Governance and Cadence, establishing structured updates, tracking progress, monitoring risks, and proactively resolving blockers.
Requires Proven Experience managing large-scale enterprise data transformation/modernization programs in complex, cross-functional environments.
Tech requirements: need to be well versed with data management, data warehousing, data lake concepts, data modeling practice (what is involved), aspect of data transformation to migrate
from old to new. No data management tools or language skill necessary but its plus to have SQL skill
