Maximize revenue within your portfolio of preferred partner accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts at both head office and travel advisor levels
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for all key accounts
Negotiate annual preferred agreements, including setting business goals, marketing strategies, and growth targets
Prepare and implement a comprehensive Sales Plan, including monthly call patterns, participation in area trade shows (with anticipated costs), and other sales activities
Accurately document all sales-related activities in Goway’s CRM (Salesforce)
Conduct monthly analysis of account performance and marketing ROI, and monitor relevant industry updates
Conduct sales calls, attend trade shows, and deliver destination or agency presentations as required
Provide ongoing feedback to the Director of Sales and USA National Account Manager regarding customer service and any field issues
Participate in special projects on an ad hoc basis
Represent Goway at national shows, conferences, and events
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years B2B travel industry experience in a similar role
University degree preferred
Strong contracting and negotiation abilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service orientation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
