Support the Director by translating strategic direction into clear narratives, roadmaps, and executive-ready materials
Enable DCTS culture and community by designing and leading forums, narratives, and experiences that reinforce shared purpose, priorities, and ways of working
Own and maintain the operating calendar for strategy, planning, and leadership forums
Design and deliver internal communications in alignment with the DCTS communications strategy
Shape agendas, materials, and facilitation approaches for leadership meetings
Requirements
3-5 years experience in strategy, communications, program management, or related enabling roles
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to technology or digital environments (deep technical expertise not required)
Experience supporting senior leaders or leadership teams
As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.
