You act as the first point of contact for business partners, providing first-level support across operational, technical, and administrative topics via phone, email, and ticketing systems
You guide partners through SIXT systems, tools, and processes, while ensuring adherence to brand standards, policies, and compliance requirements
You investigate and resolve partner inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high-quality partner experience
You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Revenue Management, IT, Legal, Marketing) to address complex issues and drive effective solutions
You maintain accurate CRM records, support partner onboarding, and proactively identify recurring issues to contribute to process improvements and knowledge resources
Requirements
2+ years of experience in customer service, support center, or operations roles, ideally within the travel, mobility, or hospitality industry
Proficiency in CRM and ticketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk), with the ability to navigate and work within structured systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organization and high-quality output under pressure
High degree of service orientation and empathy, with a genuine motivation to support partners and deliver excellent experiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to identifying issues and driving continuous improvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages and familiarity with partner systems or mobility industry tools are a plus
