About this role
Role Overview
Lead identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships in chronic disease management
Develop and present business cases, including ROI modeling and strategic fit assessments
Engage and negotiate with external partners in EHR vendors, interoperability solution providers, remote monitoring companies, and health IT ecosystems
Structure innovative partnership models (e.g., co-development, licensing, joint ventures)
Define shared goals, governance structures, and success metrics for each partnership
Develop and manage joint work plans, roadmaps, and proof-of-concept pilots for integrated chronic disease management solutions
Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to senior leadership on partnership strategy in digital health and interoperability domains.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, marketing, clinical)
10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related roles
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at all levels
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Results-driven with a strategic mindset and ability to manage ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and market dynamics.
MBA or other advanced degree (preferred)
Experience in medical devices, digital health, EHR systems, interoperability standards, and remote monitoring solutions (preferred)
Established relationships with EHR vendors, health IT companies, and remote monitoring solution providers (preferred)
Familiarity with digital health technologies, AI/ML applications, and data-driven decision-making (preferred)
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
