Role Overview
- Lead as the technical authority for Deel’s Field Services segment.
- Own the end-to-end technical sales cycle.
- Translate complex, multi-jurisdictional requirements into solutions.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to resolve challenges.
- Build, refine, and scale a field service-specific pre-sales asset library.
- Maintain deep expertise in global employment regulations and trends.
- Advise customers on structuring compliant workforce models.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of deep, practical knowledge of the field services industry is essential.
- Demonstrated understanding of different offshore employment models.
- Mobility or Commercial or Tax exposure is an added bonus.
- Willingness to travel inside and outside of territory (~10% or less).
- Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills.
- Entrepreneurial DNA with a positive, can-do attitude.
- A collaborative, team player is essential.
- Comfortable in a start-up, fast-moving environment.
