Role Overview

• Lead the design and delivery of consultation and engagement strategies
• Provide oversight for project teams
• Manage team members, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• 10+ years of professional experience in consultation and engagement
• 5+ years of experience in project management and/or people management roles
• Experience working with Indigenous communities or demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Indigenous issues in Canada
• Bilingualism (English & French)
