Support the smooth delivery of People programs by providing administrative and coordination support across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS updates, documentation, and employee inquiries
Respond to employee inquiries related to People policies and processes
Prepare and maintain People documentation, including status change letters, employment verification letters, termination documents, and other employee records
Support HRIS administration (UKG) by creating employee profiles, updating records, and assisting with audits
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
Support People Team operations and projects
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in an administrative, HR coordination, or People operations support role
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
A CPHR or progress towards designation is considered an asset
Experience supporting HR documentation, employee lifecycle processes, or HRIS systems
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to thoughtfully manage priorities, while providing timely updates to all stakeholders
Experience working in people-centered, community-based, or culturally grounded environments is considered to be an asset
