Participate in the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires in France (all contract types), ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and engaging experience by managing contracts, certificates, medical checks, visa administration, and all required administrative steps.
Contribute to the efficient administration of employee benefits for our French team.
Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR, ensuring data integrity and supporting initiatives to optimize the system for greater efficiency.
Respond to employee queries promptly and effectively via the Jira ticketing system, providing helpful support and practical solutions for employees and managers.
Provide support to our international People team, collaborating closely to ensure smooth global HR operations.
Requirements
Initial experience gained through a first internship within a Human Resources department.
Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Human Resources with a strong analytical focus, or a related field.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Genuine service-oriented mindset.
Native or bilingual level of French and fluent English.
